Premium quality, abrasion resistant, heavy duty fire hose, manufactured per NFPA 1961 standards. This
hose is engineered for prolonged storage and extended service.

Jacket Construction

A single jacket, woven evenly and free of defects, from spun polyester yarn that offers superior strength
and wear characteristics. The warp yarn is standard 100% polyester. The filler yarns are high strength,
low elongation, filament polyester to reduce weight and increase flexibility. In addition the jacket is
treated to resist mold and mildew.

Lining

The rubber lining is a single ply, extruded, synthetic EPDM tube, compounded to resist ozone. Under
this specification, the construction of this hose is to be manufactured fully backed.

Construction

100% polyester woven single jacket. Lining is single ply extruded synthetic rubber, compounded to resist ozone. Hose is impervious to mildew and never needs drying.
